Crooks dont follow rules unless they’re brought to justice.
ANC-led government think justice is ‘for thee, not me’.
There’s your problem.

ANC have infinite capacity to fail, and all our tax revenue to fund the journey.
It is only their poor criminal execution that has thus far saved us from total ruin.

There is no limit to what the ANC will fail at.

And for a new sim card, you stop at the local taxi rank to get one! Rica is a joke at this stage and I seriously dont know why its such a surprice to some people

To the contrary it is absolutely simple to bypass the RICA system. It is nothing more than an inconvenience.

So what do we do? Just follow the money, to find our who is benefiting from the RICA concept. It would never have been born if someone, most likely in the ANC, I suspect, was, and surely still is, getting some illegitimate benefit from the concept and from the system. Just like driving licence cards.

Except that I suspect it’s members of the legal fraternity, like ripping off the road accident fund.

Thinking of firearm licenses, driving licenses, etc. I waited well over a year for a firearm license (after doing the exam, paying fees, fitting an approved safe, having three testimonials, etc. Why am I thinking criminals probably get their guns quicker than 15 months, and probably cheaper too…
