These are EU-type progressive regulations. I almost want to to say “well done”. But this is too progressive for such a young and small market like RSA. And the rubbish part about HDPs needs to be scrapped completely, shouldn’t even be a feature. Online retail is a new market. All players are brand new. There are no “HDPs” to try to favour. I hope someone takes them to court IF ONLY for this nonsense bit.
